Thanksgiving *pencil* mini album: created for WeScraps and my daddy/step mom

Supplies:

(1) pencils
(2) hair bows
(3) glittery ribbon
(4) 12x12 metallic paper
(5) Thanksgiving embellishments/layered stickers
(6) heart dolies and leaf dolies
(7) fabric flowers
(8) metallic leaves
(9) $.99 store bought card

Tools:

(1) crop-a-dile
(2) tape runner/glue glider and glue dots
(3) cutting board/paper trimmer

Directions:

Step 1:  Gather your supplies and tools.














Step 2:  Cut 2 12x12 papers in half.










Step 3:  Fold the paper in Step 2 in half.


Step 4:  Put the squares in Step 3 on top of each other with the open in on the left.  Then punch 2 holes with your crop-a-dile.


Step 5:  Put a hair bow upward in the top hole.  Leave a loop.  Put a pencil into the first loop.  Bring the hair bow up into the second hole.  Slide the pencil into the loop.


Step 6: Embellish with dolies, flowers, layered stickers and ribbon.

DCWV "The Grade School Stack"

My son started 3rd Grade 8/22/2011.  The layout is of my son Christian and his home room teacher Mrs Cooper. 

I made this layout using DCWV's The Grade School stack.  The letters are red metallic like the apples in the patterned paper.  It is really pretty in person.

Sketchy Thursdays and Our Little Monster At The Park

Every 6 months Christian goes to the Dentist.  There is a cute little park I always take him to after his Dentist appointment.  I always get some awesome pics of my little monster in action.  Sketchy Thursdays sketch inspired me to capture Christian's fun time at the park.
